Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 (frozen) organic banana
- 1 ripe organic peer
- 1 cup of (organic) spinach, washed
- 100 ml of coconut cream
- 1-2 teaspoons chlorella powder
- blender or food processor
Directions:
- peel the banana and slice into coarse pieces
- wash and dice the pear
- put the banana, pear, spinach, coconut cream and chlorella powder in a blender and mix everything until you see a smooth and creamy mixture
- add some water if needed
Healthy food alternatives:
- use endive instead of spinach
- use avocado instead of banana
- use apple instead of pear
- use spirulina powder instead of chlorella powder
- add some hemp seeds, chia seeds or some raw nuts for more bite and flavor
