With everything I do or say I emphasize the importance of organic and local products as they ate simply better for you, our animals and the environment. Avoiding the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers, providing animals with a longer and better life and lower CO@ emissions can be easily achieved if you choose organic products from your own region (locally grown crops).

Online coaching saves the environment

Personal online coaching helps you to achieve your personal health goals. But did you know that online coaching is also good for the environment? By consulting me online instead of visiting me, you save fuel (after all, you don’t need to jump in your care to visit me) and you contribute to a reduction of CO2 emissions. Moreover, I work from home. This means that I do not need to rent additional office space (which costs a lot of money) and that I am not using additional electricity (heating, air conditioning, etc.). Finally, I also save fuel, because I do not have to drive to work with my car. This also helps in lowering CO2 emissions!

Less overweight, less (health) costs

By motivating people to tackle or preventing overweight and chronic conditions, I contribute to a healthier society. A healthy weight lowers the risk of getting sick and reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, cancer, etc. Preventing and tackling obesity decreases (care) costs at various levels, long term as well as short-term.
